Question What Linux distrib to use for UT2004 server

Hi

I am a LINUX newbie.

I would like to setup a UT2004 server for us to play on the LAN in the office and also have it public Internet available to friends/colleagues.

Before I even get to worrying about how that works I need to choose a LINUX distribution. There are so many I cant work out which one to go for - free is best

What do other ppl use for UT2K4? Please advise

Thanks

M

whatever. download something easy to use like fedora. or mandrake. debian and slackware aren't exactly newbie friendly. ubuntu is one CD download.

have you googled?

Thanks for the reply titanium_geek.

I have tried google but searches containing LINUX and UT2004 return too many results! Can't seem to phrase the question in such a way as to get what I am looking for.

Just wondered if gamers, specifically UT gamers, had a LINUX flavour preference which is why I posted really.

Cheers

M
