First make a path to the windows drive, in the wine or cedega config file, I'll reply on how to do this when I get enough sleep, unless someone has covered it then. Then just redirect the path of the installation to that of windows. If its an NTFS partition, then I believe your going to need a program to help you out. But if not, then try to make the drive (/mnt/windows) Read and Write to all users. So try chmod a+x /mnt/windows, or chmod 777 /mnt/windows in root, see if that works.
