Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines, How?

I've got this new game that I cant get working in linux. I'm a subscriber to TG, thoug they would rather just support Wow and HL2..... I'tll hang up wih errors when I try to install via Point to Play, msi installer errors.

I've still got an old copy of CrossoverOffice, version 3.0 I think, and somewhere vmware. I havent touched them in years, is there any point to try installing this game in CrossoverOffice or vmware? or perhaps someone has figured out a way to get this game to work in linux?
