Make sure that you're not in the directory of the cd. Sometimes you might have to issue the command a few times before it works, or maybe that's just laziness from my setup that does that.
The way i did it i never even cd'ed to the cdrom when i installed it. 'cause i always forget stuff like that. *grins*
It's not that i suffer from a short-term memory problem, i just got Free-Mem installed in my head.
i didn't cd into the directory this time and it worked, but now i have another problem. When i mount the second cd and click 'yes' i get this error (doesn't matter which cd):
mount: /dev/cdroms/cdrom0 already mounted or /mnt/cd busy
mount: according to mtab, /dev/ide/host1/bus0/target0/lun0/cd is already mounted on /mnt/cd
It doesn't seem to realize that a different cd is mounted.
Just a second thought.
Is the cd installed with the right filsystem?
*can't find the cd's himself*
But i had some problems installing 'cause of the naming of the files was screwed up. There's probably someone that can tell what the install files full name is.
you run the installer from outside the directory, UT2k3 mounts the CDs for you after than, just open console and do the eject, put the next in, then press ok or whatever.
