There don't seem to be any RPMs available, so you may have to compile from source. Also, it doesn't look like there is any activity since 2001, so you may have difficulty.

I haven't done this, but I've installed other packages from source. This will probably work:
Code:
cd; mkdir src; cd src
wget http://voxel.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/tuxracer/tuxracer-0.61.tar.gz
wget http://voxel.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/tuxracer/tuxracer-data-0.61.tar.gz
tar xf tuxracer-0.61.tar.gz
tar xf tuxracer-data-0.61.tar.gz
cd tuxracer-0.61; ./configure; make; sudo make install; cd -
cd tuxracer-data-0.61; ./configure; make; sudo make install; cd -
If you get errors because something isn't installed, try to figure out what the current package will be and install it--probably something-devel.

Also note that ExtremeTuxRacer seems to be a different program that has more recent activity and it's own forum.

hmm...so you would like to play games on an enterprise linux installation..

Well TuxRacer is called PlanetPenguin Racer these days

the package is called ppracer. Search it on rpm.pbone.net There are packages for CentOS and Fedora. not RHEL, but CentOS rpm's have closest compatibility with RHEL 5
