Have you been trying to install the Sims 2 through Wine or Cedega?

When installing it useing windows there is a bit that comes up with register now or later but installing it with linux instead of the register now/later part comming up it has nothing but a blance screen and it goes no further with the install.

You should kill the process running the EReg.exe program, that will make the installation go further.

Tough, the game will not work on cedega for me after the installation.
