Synaptic Package Manager: Deleting Uninstalled Games

Guys, I don't play "games" on our laptop - and I don't see any references to "installed" games in the main menu; however, I DO see references to games in Synaptic Package Manager. Can I safely delete those files - and is there any benefit/harm gained in so doing?

Thanks, guys! :wink
