Im having trouble installing an online game called Tantra with Cedega. The problem is that it checks if I have DirectX installed (which i I don't have obviously :D ) and it wont let me install the game because of that.

I'd just try posting on the www.transgaming.org/forums ....you have to be a subscriber to transgaming to post, which you probably already are. Just post a message in the Other Games section...I'm sure somebody has tried it.

Ok, I got it installed finally :cool: Now I have a second problem, when I try to start the game the updater crashes and says "Cannot open update list file" and "cant find Updater.dat" ..

yeah I had a similar problem with Warcraft 3 on Cedega... I did the automatic update through Battle Net and it complete locked my game out.. If I started over and manually installed the patches it works great.

Can you manually install the patches?

Im afraid not, the problem really is not actually the patching itself. The problem is that it cant read the .dat files I guess.
