Steam games on Cedaga runs good but slow FPS

Gave transgaming one more try, I managed to install Steam along with HL, CS , TFC, etc.. All the games work but the FPS is down right pathetic. I play Q3, and UT with high FPS and CS in windows with 60FPS, I was expecting a drop in FPS but not 10FPS.. !!!

P600 256MB RAM
Geforce 2MX400 64MB RAM
Suse 9.0
Current Nvidia Driver
Cedaga 4.0.1
