Steam broken... again

Looks like Valve has broken Steam through Cedega once again. Newest update starts installing for me, hits 100% and gives me this:

ERROR: unable to open Steam.dll for writing (errno = 13)
and it closes.

Looks pretty nifty, but I play Steam mostly to play Natural Selection, not Counter-Strike. I only play CS when I'm losing a lot in NS, since I'm better :P

Nonetheless, pretty killer looking mod.

Nevermind it's working, apparently I didn't have permission to modify the file, despite the fact I created it in my Home directory. :\
