Question Scorched 3D starts but then has a blank screen

I just downloaded and installed Scorched 3D. I ran the game, and when I tried to start a game it just opened a blank black window and did nothing. And then I couldn't close the window, I had to kill it. I'm running FC3 on a Laptop with the Intel 82852 video card. Could it be that I haven't set up OpenGL for it? If so, how do I do that? How do I know if I've set that up or not? Otherwise, what could be my problem? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer me!
