rsabase.dll steam problem

ok now i have isolated my problem here is my terminal output:

Code:
wine "C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe"
fixme:commctrl:InitCommonControlsEx Unknown class! dwICC=0x8000
err:wave:OSS_WaveOutInit /dev/mixer1: No such device
err:wave:OSS_WaveInInit /dev/mixer1: No such device
fixme:crypt:CRYPT_VerifyImage (rsabase.dll, 0xbf5a99d0): not verifying image
Steam can't validate my logon, any ideas?

EDIT: I forgot to add i have IE6 installed and perfectly working (even websites come up now and menus are properly clickable- that never worked for me before)
