Resolution is totally wrong when exiting RTCW.

I have Return to Castle Wolfenstien running in SuSE 9.3 Pro. But when I exit the game the desktop is FLIPPIN HUGE. I can only remedy this by rebooting or ending the session.

Suse 9.3 Pro, newest kernal and newest nvidia drivers

What setting have I overlooked to cause this?

Thanks for any advice

BDiddy

P.S.
big t OWNS Call of Duty: UO V1.51

Control Alt Minus and Ctrl Alt Plus will switch X through the various available screen resolutions.
No need to reboot.

Thanks, That "almost" worked. It seems i would need one more step smaller than it will go.

Any other ideas?

Hmm,
I've not been unable to return to the correct resolution using this method, though not with SuSE I must admit. I've always had loas of problems with SUSE and nvidia drivers so use Ubuntu instead - it's much more stable.

You ever play on the WDA (we die a lot) servers on Call of Duty UO ?

I don't think so, big t is actually a friend of mine, he was sitting with me as I was typing the original post and I did that to just tease him.

I usually play as TwoCatsHumping- My friends are-big t,bert and MySweatyNuts

Whats yours? I'll try the sever out, I'll look for you

I've noticed that if you right click on the desktop, and go to "configure desktop" -> "display" and look at the "screen size" it will have your desired size listed twice. Select the one that isn't already chosen. This has worked for me in the past, I hope it works for you (though it is still a little annoying).
