hi everyone, i recently installed the linux verson of quake 4 on my fedora core 4 box. I would like to use it to run a dedicated server. when i type ./quake4-dedicated i get the following error
signal caught: illegal instruction
si_code 2
trying to exit gracefully
did i do the install wrong?
any help is greatly appreacated
the release version works but as soon as i update to 1.3 or 1.3-2 i get the above error. i need 1.3 because i want to host a server and most people have moved to 1.3
