Quake2 in K menu

I installed Quake2 to Mepis Linux and I have it now in K menu. I try to start from there it but it wont start. It might be the question, "Do you understand the security implications of continuing?", and have to type 'y' to it. How can I disable the question?

This doesn't sound like a quake warning, is the program's permissions suid like "-rwsr-xr-x 1 root root". Sometimes people set their games up this way so they don't have problems with video/sound permissions. There are a few other ways to get around this if that is how its currently setup.
