Quake ported to Vulkan

I just saw on github a project that ported Quake to Vulkan. Not sure who ported it to linux but there might be clues in the change/commit logs.

Vulkan is moving fast and it's seems clear that there is enough momentum behind it for it to become defacto. This is good but a lot of distros are lagging far behind when it comes to Vulkan drivers.

Gave up on making this work for now. Vulkan's coming along but there are only a few distros working on dropping it in and most distros are waiting on the upstream distros they are derived from. That probably goes without saying but I think some of the downstream distros should offer patches to the upstream. Well maybe they do, but it's not always simple to see.

Right now on most distros you really have to go bleeding-edge on a lot of stuff and of course you have to have a recent gfx card too.
