Question Quake 2 quitting (signal 11) after changing vid res.

Hi folks,

Just installed the icculus' Quake 2 binaries. It defaults the res to 640x480. But when I try to change it in game, it will quit when I press any key. Any idea what's going on?

Thanks!

Not really an answer, but where did you get quake2 from? Is it native? I wouldn't mind trying it out seeing as i'm a big q3 fan.

Yups, it's a native port. Get it from http://www.icculus.org/quake2/. I've managed to overcome the prob by changing the config file to default to 1024x768.
