Doo like this.
First uninstall UT.
Go to http://icculus.org/~msphil/loki/x86/loki_patch , and download the Loki patch binary...
Run the UT installer as root from your root home directory, like this:

./ut-install-436.run --keep

Do not install anything.
Now you should see a folder in your root directory where the installer was descompressed.
Brouse to in "something like: /bin/x86/loki_patch", until you find the loki_patch.
Override it with the one you just download.
In the console change to /root/descompressed UT installer...
Now run in the console:

sh update.sh

or

sh install.sh

The game now will bee propely installed... =)
Have fun.

i think theres an answer to your problem here:
http://icculus.org/lgfaq
they have a LOT of gaming problems here, and they have the answers to them. i think your question is in the faq.

i do recall seeing something about sigsev in there... your problem might apply to other games, too, so you might be able to solve your problem from a solution for another game.
