Um... What Does This Have To Do With Programing
And two that applies to bodhi linux not ubuntu,
to set it up in Ubuntu just log in on minecraft.net
(or if you like freeness minecraftforfree.com)
it will download all the .so .jar etcs you need.
then search minecraft downloads.
There is a minecraft .jar on that page and all it is is the loader.
put this script in the same directory as the dowloaded minecraft.jar
(The Downloaded one and the one in ~/.minecraft/bin are seperate.)
Code:
java -Xmx1024M -Xms512M -cp Minecraft.jar net.minecraft.LauncherFrame
then go to the directory with the downloaded minecraft.jar and the shell script in the terminal and then sudo chmod 700 ./ScriptName.sh
Then (uff) ./ScriptName.sh.
To Redownload all of the minecraft stuff (in ~/.minecraft/bin) go to ~/.minecraft/bin and delete the version file.
