Is there any MAME emulator for linux that supports netplay? Or is it any way to import a kaillera client in XMAME? THNX!

You have to play with mame32 0.67 build with kaillera. This is a ms32 version, so you have to play through wine.
Perhaps advance mame support netplay:

xmame netplay is no longer maintained.
