Improved Quake 2 Icculus for Linux

Engine based upon Quake2 Icculus port

Some new features added

-Reflective water
-Water waves
-Detailed textures
-Loading more pak files
Console commands completion with Tab key
-Mouse scroll support in console
-Selectable to 10 diferents crosshairs for Q2Max in the menus.
-Writing QuDos.cfg under ~/.quake2/baseq2 ..
