www.linuxgamespublishing.com
www.freshmeat.net (search for games)
www.sourceforge.net (search for games)
ID software releases various Linux binary files that you can download and run if you own the Windows versions of their games (including Doom 3)

And if you're interested in developing new games, try places like http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/rapidgame/ (and other such sites) (sorry if that's too much of a plug.)

Here are a couple good retail games:
Quake3--have to download something to get it to work..but I think they have a linux retail box thats like 9 bucks
ut2004---this one works out of the box, has its own linux installer

plenty of other games will run with winex, but winex is not free
