epsxe memory card reader?

So back when I was a windoze user (about 4 years ago now) I had epsxe running so I could play the FF series. Now that I have it installed under linux I went back through some old backups and I found around 50 memory cards created by epsxe for different games and such. My problem is that I can't find any application to read what's on the cards to be able to tell me what is on what card without loading each game and see if there's a save on any given card :P Under windows there were card organizers which would allow me to copy individual saves between memory card images and such and I'm wondering if there's such a package under linux? Thanks.

How does the card reader connect to your computer?

If it's USB, you should be able to mount the memory cards like any other USB storage device.

I think you misunderstand. The "cards" in question are .mcr files created by epsxe, not actual physical PSX Memory Cards.
