ePSXe joystick sensitivity?

Does anybody know of any way how to change the epsxe joystick sensitivity?
I'm trying to run Gran Turismo 2 with my racing wheel, but each time I tilt the wheel just slightly the car responds way too much

I have succesfully worked out the problem. I used the plugin called "PadJoy" (www.ammoq.com), and that is only capable of analog when used with the emulator "pcsx". I have now installed pcsx and padjoy, and the wheel is working great under Gran Turismo 2!
