E.T. for Atari 2600 "FIXED"


While most people consider this the worst game ever made, others just adore it.

This fix will mostly make the "falling_in_pit" part less annoying.

jens, I'm sorry but I had to remove the direct download link from your post, since as far as I know the old console games are non-free material and the Company or the author may still hold the Copyright. Moreover, the fix is cited in the related page at Wikipedia and I believe it has a proper visibility to the fans of the game. Here at LinuxQuestions we cannot host (nor link to) copyrighted material. I hope in your understanding.

That's actually not true for most gen 1 & 2 console games (pre-NES).
Only a small number carry copyright and none of that ever worked in court (... still some possible trademark issues though ...).
