Counter-Strike works in Wine but the keyboard doesn't work in the game
 

I have finally managed to get Wine to run Counter-Strike. It works excellent, and the graphic works fine. Its just that the keyboard doesn't work when I play! It works in the menu, but not in the game.

I have noticed this output from Wine:

fixme:keyboard:X11DRV_KEYBOARD_DetectLayout Your keyboard layout was not found!
Using closest match instead (Danish keyboard layout) for scancode mapping.
Please define your layout in dlls/x11drv/keyboard.c and submit them
to us for inclusion into future Wine releases.

yes, a familiar problem - altough I didn't get it work at all in the app I was using. have you tried wineX, the "game-wine"? I suppose it supports counter-strike..

I solved the problem by changing to english keyboard style!

WineX costs money so I don' have it.

I can't get the sound to work now. I don't know why. I think I not use ALSA. ARTS is not running.
