Call Of Duty 2 - Cedega 5.0.1

I'm using Suse 9.3 with Cedega version 5 and while I'm trying to insall Call of Duty 2 it gives me an error that it found an old version of windows(r) installer and 'click ok to continue'.
After that it probably tries to install the newest installer but it gives me the following error:

1607: Unable to install install shield scripting runtime

Is there anything that I can do to the settings of cedega?
I searched transgaming forums but didn't find any similar threads.

I'm having the same problem. It's annoying.. To say the least. I do not want to boot windows just for this.

Try using the native server installer. Run the server once, then try to start the game normally... it could work... then you'll run across the "direct x/video driver can't handle the game errors"...

The game simply does not work in Linux (yet).
