how do I add new maps to my bzflag server?

and where do I get new maps? i found one site, but it was made for windows users (the map instructions were to unzip them and run the BAT file in it)

I imagine no one answered you yet because, well, its in the wrong place? Bzflag help questions really should be in the bzflag forums? On bzflag's site?
