Sorry forgot about this thread a long time ago, and its been a while since I installed the game. But as I recall I think the main issue to play the game is to use xdosemu instead of dosemu.
Put the zip file in your ~/dosemu/freedos, extract it. type xdosemu. Run the setup things and then type krondor.

? ive looked there and ive looked through the entire 1000+ database of games they have at the game tome, and im still looking for something new. anyone?
I've installed ET, but I'm having some major issues with it:
Its really, really slow
Graphics aren't that good.
Now I know that its going to run like this on my current system which has integrated video card that offloads onto the main processor, but if I get a new AGP card, is it going to get any better?
Distribution: Gentoo 2004.2: Who needs exmmpkg when you have emerge?

Rep:
probably yes, but make sure the rest of your system is ok with agp (your processer, mobo, etc.), and that agp is setup properly. still, maybe you dont have direct rendering enabled on your current video card?
PS: if youre going to buy a video card, get an nvidia one (preferably a geforce 4 or a geforce 5600 or higher), because the ati drivers suck.
