Are there any RPGs that run natively in Linux? (Specifically, Ubuntu)

I know Neverwinter Nights Diamond runs, but are there any others? Or perhaps any good RPGs I can get from the Ubuntu Software Center?

The following returns a number of games on my Debian box.
Code:
apt-cache search rpg
Have you tried on your machine?

Evo2.

PS. You may do better if you enable to the universe/multiverse (IIRC) in ubuntu.

If you look for real fun and challenge and not fancy graphics, make sure you try nethack or ADOM.

Yesterday i checked the demo of Eschalon Book II. If you like old-style rpgs you will love this one Its attribute system is pretty nice and the graphics are minimal but cool.

Anyone care for a round of "The Legend of Zelda"?
http://www.allegro.cc/files/depot/1052/zc211b16.tar.gz

Just unpack the tarball in an empty folder, make zelda-l executable, then ./zelda-l to start.

Make zlaunch-l executable, and you can change a few settings.

Make zquest-l executable, and design your own quests.

You can also downloads quests from here: http://zeldaclassic.armageddongames....lkthroughs.php

Question Okay I'm a virgin with Ubuntu...

I've downloaded *

Eschalon: Book II v1.03 Demo for Linux

and get this message...

/tmp/eschalon_book_2.tar.gz could not be saved, because you cannot change the contents of that folder.

Change the folder properties and try again, or try saving in a different location.

How do I change ?properties?

Detailed help would really bring closer to liking Ubuntu 10.4

Thanks

to change permissions to read write exec by all is:

sudo chmod 777 <file>
sudo chmod -R 777 <folder>

i would read up about the whole permission thing before doing anything serious
