Tips on getting mini?

Does somebody have any tips on making an LFS system under 50-100 MB? I want to use it for my 320 MB harddisk, 75 Mhz Compaq Elite 75/CLX laptop. I'm allmost ready with installing the base tools.
Should I just remove as much libraries, documentation and executables as possible? I'd also would like to have some sort of X windowing system on it.

Does his mean I'll have to start all over, or will it work when I compile uClibc in my chrooted environmentinstead of glibc?
EDIT
Oh cool! there are hints on this!
And what could i do more, besides compiling with uClibc?
