Talking Registerd LFS user 16092

Hi folk,

I have just register as a LFS user 16092 after I have completed LFS-6.1 installation. It took a full day just to finish chapters one through six. Completing chapters seven and eight took around three more hours from me.

There is still one think that I am not happy about with LFS. That is its support for UTF-8 . I believe that UTF-8 must be the default encoding used by LFS. Anyway, I have learned a lot from this distribution and if I get some free time I might try BLFS-6.1

cool, Im user number 16091 I just finished today too, with 6.1. I am having a problem when I boot though, so I can't use it yet.

If I can get LFS working, I'll probably go on to BLFS too.

So it was you. In fact, the counter was set to 16090 when I accessed the page but after I registered it changed to 16092 . What is the problem that you have when you boot? BTW, there are not much things to do with only LFS. We definitily need BLFS.
