Just wanted to waste forum bandwidth while waiting for glibc to compile..... Actually, I wanted to thank Mr. Beekmans for a really great idea and everyone on this forum as well for being so helpfull.. I almost posted about the 'linuxthreads" and glibc-2.3.2 until I ACTUALLY bothered to read the freakin book. That little section could stand a border around it tho.... One gets in the habit of copy/paste installing after awhile..... It's also really cool to see Gerard on this forum. Well anyway..... Sorry to hog space... I'm not overly sure what I'm going to do after installing this a few times and using it for awhile. I've been a total nomad with linux in my 2 year tenure using it. Mandrake 9-->Redhat 8-->Slackware 9-->Redhat9-->Fedora-->Slackware 9.1-->Arch .5-->Gentoo 1.4-->LFS 5.0. Whats next I ask? I guess I'll move to Unix and see what I can learn from that.
