Unhappy Re-install Linux kernel from lfs 6.5 chapter 8.3

From the menu config, i did something wrong. So is it ok if i re-configure, re-compile and re-install????

Yes, this can be done. Make sure that you delete the source directory and untar the kernel-source, so you can start with a fresh kernel source.
