Problem while trying to configure util-linux.

While trying to configure util-linux-2.12r i get this error.

Code:
configuring util-linux-2.12r

You have <scsi/scsi.h>
You have <linux/blkpg.h>
You have <linux/kd.h>
You have <locale.h>
You have <langinfo.h>
You have <sys/user.h>
You don't have <uuid/uuid.h>
You have <rpcsvc/nfs_prot.h>
You have <asm/types.h>
You have <linux/raw.h>
You have <stdint.h>
You have <sys/io.h>
You have inet_aton()
You have fsync()
You have getdomainname()
You have nanosleep()
You have personality()
You have updwtmp()
You have fseeko()
You have lchown()
You have rpmatch()
You have <term.h>
You have ncurses. Using <ncurses.h>.
You don't have termcap
You need -lcrypt
You don't have native language support
You have __progname
You have <pty.h> and openpty()
You have wide character support
You have SYS_pivot_root
You have a tm_gmtoff field in struct tm
Your rpcgen seems to work
You don't have zlib
You don't have blkid
But on my host system i have zlib and blkid(even tried ./configure after apt-get install zlib* blkid*).

Chapter 5 of LFS 6.3 book. Host system is KUbuntu 8.04 32 bit.

Everything before this worked great with some minor problems that were fixed without problems(found solutions for them on LFS mailing list).

Do I need to point configure script to my zlib.h folder(whereis zlib: /usr/include/zlib.h)

Thanks in advance.

Solved. There was no problem at all. The real problem is that configure script never says did it successfully done configuring or not, so i tough that it failed because it stoped at point where it couldn't find "zlib" and "blkid".

Found this solution by accident; while I was looking at configure script I realized that these two files were last to check, so I tough it finishes successfully but without saying so. Try compiling and everything worked flawlessly.

Thanks to myself, LoL :').
