when i start lfs i got this error msg

You probably have an older computer like mine. I too get the "cannot locate char-major-10-135". It has to do with the interface with the RTC (real time clock). I won't hurt anything to leave it like it is. But, if you want to get rid of the error message, I think there is a question in the FAQ on the website about what to do with this.

See question 7.3.2 in the LFS Faq. You either need to recompile the kernel with Enchanced Real Time Clock Support or delete /dev/rts
