"make xconfig" fails for kernel (2.6.19.2)
I just downloaded kernel 2.6.19.2. When I run "make xconfig" I get the following error:
HOSTCC scripts/basic/fixdep
HOSTCC scripts/basic/docproc
HOSTCC scripts/kconfig/conf.o
HOSTCC scripts/kconfig/kconfig_load.o
HOSTCC scripts/kconfig/kxgettext.o
HOSTCC scripts/kconfig/zconf.tab.o
HOSTCXX scripts/kconfig/qconf.o
scripts/kconfig/qconf.cc: In member function `virtual void

QAction::QAction(QObject*, const char* = 0, bool = FALSE)
make[1]: *** [scripts/kconfig/qconf.o] Error 1
make: *** [xconfig] Error 2
What gives? For kernel 2.6.16.13 (the kernel I'm currently using) "make xconfig" works just fine.
I've also installed QT 4.2.2 (which I see is conveniently binary and source code incompatible with 3 -- who needs backwards compatibility anyways). As you can see the QT 3.1 library is being referenced.
I've searched the net and I'm not the only one getting this error. So far I haven't seen a reason for the error or a solution (besides using "menuconfig" or "gconfig," etc).
