make: *** [insmod.static] Error 1

Hi, im building a distro from scratch, when I do a make on module init tools it give me:
root:/sources/module-init-tools-3.1# make
gcc -g -O2 -Wunused -Wall -o insmod.static -static insmod.o /tools/bin/ld: __libc_errno: TLS definition in /tools/lib/libc.a(errno.o) section .tbss mismatches non-TLS reference in /tools/lib/libc.a(check_fds.o)
/tools/lib/libc.a: could not read symbols: Bad value
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [insmod.static] Error 1

Im using LFS Book 6.1, Slackware 10.1

How I fix this?

Can you post the whole error?
Try and look back in the output of make, and post where the error first started on down.
