thaks anyway i have already my error
i'm going to restart the LFS from the beginning....
but there is something that is worring me...it the ld installer that need to be done in chapter 5...

can anyone tell me wat to do and were to do it..

can you tell us what book version you're using?

i'm using 6.3 version

ld is in binutils.. so what's the problem with installing?..

there is no problem for now but i just wanted to be sure of it...
