LFS and PAM compilation : no pam_tty_audit.so is compiled

Hello,

I've just compiled the last version of PAM and I got no pam_tty_audit.lo and so no pam_tty_audit.so library. I got no error at all.

When I issue a make in the modules/pam_tty_audit directory,I got :

Nothing to be done for `all'

I guess my kernel and so my audit.c is maybe tool old. Any information for that ?

Regards

Hi,

I've been using LFS for a long time and I've never seen this module you are talking about (it isn't installed, just checked). This module also isn't mentioned in the link provided in the (BLFS) Pam page (this URL: The Linux-PAM System Administrators' Guide).

The module you are talking about does exist, but I cannot find any info about how to install this (man page only shows how to configure it).

Not much to go on, but hope it helps.
