Exclamation LFS 7.5 boot problem

Hi All,
I have completed the building of LFS 7.5 and successfully configured the grub.
I am able to see the entry for my LFS in the boot options but the boot process is failing. Attaching the error screen-shot and both the grub.cfg ,fstab files for reference.

Please help.

Quote:
# Begin /etc/fstab
# file system mount-point type options dump fsck
# order
/dev/sda6 / ext4 defaults 1 1
proc /proc proc nosuid,noexec,nodev 0 0
sysfs /sys sysfs nosuid,noexec,nodev 0 0
devpts /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620 0 0
tmpfs /run tmpfs defaults 0 0
devtmpfs /dev devtmpfs mode=0755,nosuid 0 0
# End /etc/fstab
Quote:
# Begin /boot/grub/grub.cfg
set default=0
set timeout=5
insmod ext4
set root=(hd0,6)
menuentry "GNU/Linux, Linux 3.13.3-lfs-7.5" {
linux
/boot/vmlinuz-3.13.3-lfs-7.5 root=/dev/sda6 ro
}

Hi

Try changing insmod ext4 to insmod ext2

Just to be sure LFS is on sda6?

I'm not sure but I think this line:
Code:
linux
/boot/vmlinuz-3.13.3-lfs-7.5 root=/dev/sda6 ro
Should all be one line, also use code blocks not quote blocks for code snippets.
