kernel panic

Does anyone know how to enable sata_nv, I can't find it in the kernel's configuration menu.

My chipset is nForce3 250Gb, and my lfs kernel is "Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(2,0)".

First: you can search in "menuconfig" by pressing CAPS + /
thats how I found it...

Location:
-> Device Drivers
-> SCSI device support
-> SCSI device support (SCSI [=y])
-> SCSI low-level drivers
-> Serial ATA (SATA) support (SCSI_SATA [=y])
