Issues with encoding while booting fresh CLFS

Hi there!

I booted my brand-new CLFS now the first time.

And I always get messages like:

[time] [memory address] Some information ... ?'2"/ (cryptical stuff where normally something like [OK] has to be)

How can I solve this issue, because these symbols do not look very nice ...

I was just about to start investigating this myself as I see those messages too, but they appear fine in my logs. Please post here if you find something about it.

This is obviously related to some encoding problems.

Maybe something went wrong with our Bash Startup Files?

But I can't say WHAT....

Any help out there, pleeeeaaassseeee?
