Installing LFS system to another machine over network

So like the tile says, I would like to know that is there way to install LFS system in to another PC, that is on home-network. This is because I don't want to burn any CDs. This would be my distro for my old Fujitsu Siemens scaleo M, currently running XP whit speed of worm.

Take a look at Cross Linux from Scratch. You can build the base system on your "fast" machine for your "slow" machine.

But what I want to know is that, is there any easy way to make some sort of pxe system that would be booted from my pc in F..S..S..M and then transfer the compiled system in to it?
