Included CD? (v6.0 chap 1.5)

The LFS book mentions an included live-cd. I am having trouble getting ahold of it. The Packages page on the LFS website has an eDonkey link to download it, but there aren't any eDonkey users sharing the file. Is there an FTP server I can download this from? Thanks!

on the downloads page, below the edonkey links, there are ftp/http mirrors for downloading a package tarball.
