That's not an error, it's a warning.

If you have a FQDN then use that for ServerName, otherwise use localhost.

this would ideally be resolved via a correct dns entry for the system, but you can just set the ServerName variable in httpd.conf to get the job done.

I set the ServerName variable in httpd.conf :

Code:
ServerName="localhost"
==> httpd work OK

What is the relation between <b>Apache deamon</b> and <b>httpd</b> ???
When I reboot Apache deamon FAIL ???

Thankx

This is my problem !!!

I use Knoppix 2.6.12.
When I change enviroment by root :
Code:
    chroot "$LFS" /tools/bin/env -i \
    HOME=/root TERM="$TERM" PS1='\u:\w\$ ' \
    PATH=/bin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/tools/bin \
    /tools/bin/bash --login +h
And then, I start httpd :
Code:
     $httpd -k start   or   /etc/rc.d/init.d/apache start
It's work OK.
But I reboot on LFS it's FAIL.

This is my hosts file
Code:
# Begin /etc/hosts (network card version)

127.0.0.1 localhost
203.162.4.190 host1
203.162.4.191 host2

# End /etc/hosts (network card version)
This is my host.conf file
Code:
order hosts,bind
multi on
This is my hostname file
Code:
localhost
This is my resolv.conf :
Code:
domain localhost.localdomain
nameserver 120.0.0.1
nameserver 203.162.4.190
nameserver 203.162.4.191

Why doesn't it work on LFS and how to fix it ???
Somebody help me !
Thankx !

nameserver 120.0.0.1 doesn't look right
should probably be
nameserver 127.0.0.1
