Honestly...where's libttf.so?

[EDIT]doh...sorry! I think I found it *slap*. What's up....can't delete your own post within 5 min. with no replys??????

In mankdrake (using for over a year) it's in the freetype2-devel. Why is it not in;
freetype-2.1.3.tar.gz
?

I can't install Imlib2 without libttf.so. Yes I google advanced and the few freetype-1's I found where obviously a little old.

lfs-4.0
XFree86-4.3.0

Thanks!

We don't delete posts on this site. If you have a question and find the answer before anyone replies, its good you provide the answer like you did as it might help another poor lost soul searching the site with an identical answer..

Hello, I have the same problem you had. I want to install imlib2 on lfs 4.0 on xfree 4.3, just like you. How did you get around your problem?
