I can only find "whereis gcc" /usr/lib/gcc

I installed the development options when it was installed.

If I go to the package manage and try to install gcc-3.4.1-4.mdk.i586.rpm it says cant select it due to the CD #2 being mounted manual??? when I go into the CD and double click the file (.rpm) it says all is already installed.

whereis gcc gives /usr/lib/gcc

but all that is in this dir is a dir i586-mandrake-linux-gnu which contains 3.4.1 which has a few files in it and a include dir???

HELP!
