Unhappy FFmpeg problem: ffplay does not work

Hi every body
I have installed FFmpeg and pulseAudio and Alsa for installing full-option FreeRDP
now I have problems with video redirection in FreeRDP
after verifying FreeRDP sound redirection and Video redirection, Video redirection has some problem: it is just show a blank video and its error is:
root [ /freefiles ]# xfreerdp --no-nla --plugin rdpsnd --plugin drdynvc --data tsmf --

loading plugin rdpsnd
loading plugin drdynvc
connected to
Warning rdpsnd_pulse_connect (82): pa_context_connect failed (6)
Warning FreeRDPRdpsndDeviceEntry (500): rdpsnd_pulse_connect failed
Warning rdpsnd_load_device_plugin(466): pulse entry returns error.
Warning tsmf_pulse_connect (75): pa_context_connect failed (6)
Warning tsmf_pulse_open_stream (251): pa_stream_connect_playback failed (15)
Warning tsmf_ffmpeg_decode_audio (381): error decoding
Warning tsmf_pulse_conn(75):pa_context_connect failed (6)
Warning tsmf_pulse_open_stream (251): pa_stream_connect_playback failed (15)
Warning tsmf_ffmpeg_decode_video (287): data_size 4515, no frame is decoded.
The disconnection was initiated by an administrative tool on the server running in the user's session.
after searching and verifing I found that ffplay does not play any Video file.
I examine .flv .mp4 .wmv and some files dose not play at all and exit with segmentation fault, some others just for seconds is heard their sounds and exit with segmentation error.
for example, in running this file, for seconds just decode audio and exited with error!

sound redirection just work with alsa and as you see, sound redirection has problem with pulse. I run "pulseaudio" and "start-pulseaudio-x11" and above error occurs. I now try to search about these error ...
