Empty gnome control center

OK, I've gotten Gnome 2.10 up and running. My biggest problem right now is that I have an empty Gnome Control Center. When I run gnome-control-center, a new window opens titled "Desktop Properties," but nothing is in it. I installed Gnome in /opt/gnome-2.10 and my XDG_DATA_DIRS is /usr/share:/opt/gnome-2.10/share. I've also reinstalled the Control Center package a couple of times with no luck. Any advice on things to check?

No, what should it be set to?

Ahh... nm, I found it. Set XDG_CONFIG_DIRS to /opt/gnome-2.10/share:/etc/gnome/xdg and all is well. Thanks!
